Q: What is the process for submitting an order?
A: Create an account on our new website. This will save all your contact information and make placing orders online super easy. Shop the site and add items to your cart. Keep in mind there is a $20 minimum parts order policy (not include shipping). When you're done shopping, click the check out button after agreeing to our terms and conditions and your order will be electronically submitted to us. We do not collect payment info through our website so you will NOT be charged at this time. Note: If your items are still in the shopping cart that means the order was not submitted correctly. Once we receive your order, we will verify everything is in stock and provide you with an order total including shipping and handling. Sales tax will only be added to orders in NY. While we try to stock everything we sell, we are experiencing supply chain issues. If an item is out of stock we will contact you with alternate options. Customers in the US and Canada will get a quick phone call (at the time requested on the order form) to review your order and safely collect your payment information. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards over the phone for domestic orders. International customers will get an email to review and process your order. We accept PayPal for international orders. Please make sure your email is submitted correctly and to check your spam folder for our correspondence.
Q: I don’t see what I’m looking for, can you help?
A: Yes! Currently the website is showing only a small percentage of the parts & accessories that we have in stock. Currently we are working on adding chemicals, hardware, NOS parts, apparel, batteries and our vast selection of used parts to the website. So in the meantime, please fill out our online contact form and we will price out any items not shown on the site and provide you with pictures and detailed descriptions.
Q: Do you rent ATVs or motorcycles?
A: Sorry, we do not rent vehicles.
Q: Do you do New York State motorcycle inspections?
A: Sorry, we do not.
Q: Do you service Chinese machines?
A: Sorry, we do not service Chinese or un-branded machines.
Q: I need my machine serviced. Can I just drop it off?
A: No. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Q: I need my engine rebuilt. Can I just send it in?
A: No. Please contact us to go over your engine build and timeframe. We have a specific checklist that we follow, including proper engine preparation, shipping instructions and sending in a build deposit.
